何谓安全？
What is security?
从国家层面，有政权安全、领土安全、政治经济安全、灾害防御等，可以视为安全的考虑重点。从企业和机构层面，有财产安全、业务顺畅保障、核心技术与诀窍保密等安全考量。从家庭和个人层面，生命财产安全、家居防护、出行安全等都是重要的刚需保障。这些防范内容，在传统安防概念、产品和系统中大多已有体现，缺乏的只是不断的系统化、智能化和网络化改造提升而已。
From the national level, there are regime security, territorial security, political and economic security, disaster prevention and so on, which can be regarded as the focus of security considerations. From the level of enterprises and institutions, there are security considerations such as property security, business smooth guarantee, core technology and know-how confidentiality. From the family and individual level, life and property safety, home protection, travel safety and so on are important just need protection. Most of these prevention contents have been reflected in the traditional security concepts, products and systems, but the lack of continuous systematic, intelligent and network transformation and upgrading.
我们认为，事关安全的新概念，除了上述这些关乎国家、社会、公众机构、家庭和个人的物理实体性安全之外，还应该包括个人及公众身体健康监测与保障，流行疫病的预判、监测及防护，有害气体、辐射等常见侵害的防范，周边环境中其他个体的身体状况监测等新型的安全威胁和相应的防范技术。
