装置设备前首要需对单元所有线路进行全面查看,看看是否存在断线或许短路现象。当整个体系的线路没有任何毛病,才能够对讲设备,而且接线的各接点有必要加上焊锡,确保接点安定。

完结对讲设备初步安装后,有必要细心全面查看各个部位的接线正确与否,一旦有一处接错都有可能引起整个体系无法正常作业,影响体系的运用。特别要注意的是,查看电源线是否接错,正负极是否短路,一旦存在这些问题,上电后轻则会焚毁体系及其相关线路的设备,乃至引起火灾,形成严峻的结果。

一、楼宇对讲系统的调试
First, the debugging of the building intercom system
1.在保证线路及接线无误、设备完好的情况下,单元系统上电后即能正常工作。
1. when the line and wiring are correct and the equipment is in good condition, the unit system will be able to work normally after power on.
2.在单元楼调试时,先把门口主机和最低层保护器/解码器及室内机的所有接线连接好,同时将分机的房号按照使用说明编号;上电调试这层系统的工作情况,确认门口主机及底层线路和设备是否属于正常。

3.若正常工作说明门口主机及线路和设备是正常的;接着切断系统电源,再连接好上一层系统的主线路,进行第二层调试(系统接线时一定要断电),依次往上调。

4.在单元楼的调试过程中,必须从底层开始一层一层地往上调试,即把第一层调试完后,再进行第二层的调试,依此一直往上调试,直到整单元调试完毕且能正常工作。

正常情况下,可通过使用万用表的电压档测量以下几个电压参数判别线路或器材的好坏;

静态时,电源电压及+B对地的电压:12V

音频线A2对地的电压:0V

数据线P对地的电压:0V
The voltage of the data line P to the ground: 0V
呼通分机后,音频线对地的电压会变化:升至5.6V

同时呼通分机的瞬间在数据线P线上可测量到一个快速变化的脉冲电压0-5V之间变化。

5.若整个单元系统的设备都安装完毕且线路接线无误,但上电后不能工作,先断电只留底层的保护器/解码器、室内机与门口主机连接好,即把二层以上的保护器/解码器的总线全拆掉,确认一下门口主机和底层的保护器/解码器及室内机是否正常,若是正常的,故障就出在二层以上的保护器/解码器或室内机,这样就必须逐层查找故障的根源所在。

6.遇到上面故障,若是楼层较高的,可采用“黄金分割法”检查故障,就是先断开中间楼层(如20层楼就必须在10层断开)以上的保护器/解码器的总线,恢复接好二层的总线,确认故障具体是出在中间层以下或中间层以上,依此方法就能最快地查出故障根源点。

It is the bus of the protector / decoder of the middle floor (such as the 20 floor that must be broken in the 10 layer), and the bus of the two layer is resumed to confirm that the fault is specifically below the middle or above the middle layer. 7.室内机与保护器/解码器之间只要接线无误,在保护器/解码器上与室内机的连接线插上、视频线接好,将分机的房号编好后无需调试就能正常工作。

8.若室内机的影像出现重影或因信号过强在图像上引起扭曲,必须在顶层最后一个保护器/解码器的视频输出端,并接一个大小为75Ω的碳膜电阻,用于衰减/匹配视频信号。

9.若室内机的影像出现模糊或图像比较白,说明视频信号较弱,此时可通过打开保护器上的视频放大电路调节视频增益;方法是将保护器上并排的3个跳针J1、J2、J3从原来的OFF处拨到ON处即可,同时可通过调节保护器上的2个电位器来调节视频增益的大小及高频信号的大小。具体办法可将分机拿到保护器的旁边接上,一边调节电位器,一边观察图像;一般低层(7层以下)无须打开视频放大电路;高层(20层以上)的也只要打开一个保护器的视频放大电路就可以。

The method is to dial the 3 jumps J1, J2, J3 from the original OFF to ON at the same time by adjusting the 2 potential on the protector. The specific method can take the machine next to the protector and adjust the potentiometer while observing the image. Generally, the low layer (below 7 layers) does not need to open the video amplification circuit; the high level (more than 20 layers) can also open a video amplification circuit of a protector.
10.门口主机与室内机呼叫通话过程中,若出现刺耳的啸叫声,或出现主机喇叭的声音较小时,可拿一把小一字螺丝刀,对门口主机主板上的电位器VR1、VR2进行喇叭、咪头音量调整。

二、小区联网的调试

1、在调试整个联网系统之前,必须检查整个联网主干线和各个中继隔离器的接线是否正确,整个联网线各个接点一定要加上焊锡,增加系统运行的可靠性。

2、联网线的屏蔽线在管理机总控室里一定要接在弱电接地点上,确认无误后,才能开始进行整个联网系统的调试。

3、呼叫前必须对每台门口主机的本机号码进行设置,且同一管理机下的各门口主机的号码不能重复,否则门口主机呼叫管理机时,会出现多台门口主机同时被激活通话,造成多台门口主机同时通话而引起啸叫。
