首先需要了解监控用到的线材,普通监控摄像头用到:视频线和电源线。网络监控摄像头用网线,直接POE供电。对于距离远的不管模拟还是网络监控摄像机,都需要光纤。我们监控工程多采用单模光纤。

通常模拟监控用的视频线,就是同轴电缆,用来传输模拟视频信号。型号通常有SYV75-3,SYV75-5,这两种规格线径不同,传输距离也不一样。75-3传输距离200米左右,75-5传输距离500米左右,再远的距离建议用光纤。
Usually the video line used for analog monitoring is coaxial cable, which is used to transmit analog video signals. The models usually have SYV75-3 and SYV75-5. 监控使用的电源线一般使用RVV2*1.5,RVV2*1.0,RVV2*0.5的两芯线,RVV电线全称铜芯聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套软电线,俗称软护套线,是护套线的一种。一般根据距离及功率选择电源线的线径。

网线正常用的是非屏蔽超五类双绞线,传输百兆带宽信号,网线传输正常100以内,再远会丢数据包。

光纤现在无论模拟监控还是网络监控,长距离都要用到,监控工程一般采用的单模光纤,传输距离可以几十公里,传输信号稳定。布线的时候不能拐死弯,就是说拐弯半径一般都在20cm以上才可以,防止折断。

监控室外布线可以架空、沿墙或者地埋的方式。
Monitoring outdoor wiring can be built along the wall or buried.
监控室内布线一般使用线槽或者桥架,普通的监控工程室内都是使用的线槽,大型监控室内就需要用到桥架。
Monitoring indoor wiring generally use line slot or bridge, ordinary monitoring engineering room is used in the slot, large monitoring room need to use the bridge.
无论哪种方法都必须使用线管穿线,一定要尽可能地保护线材,一方面延长线材使用寿命,另一个方面为了布线美观。

另外提几个注意点,

1,监控布线一点要提前选择适合的线材,要既能保证电压稳定也不影响摄像机正常工作。

2,布线路线要注意周边环境,避开强磁场的干扰,有干扰要布置屏蔽线。

3,监控布线一定要把强电和弱电分开布线,各自管路走线,防止强电干扰。

4,视频线中间不能有端节点。电源线中间也尽量不要出现接续点,万一有必须设置过线盒。
