问题一：摄像机装多高？

我在和客户沟通的时，很多时候都建议客户室内不低于2.5米，室外不低于3.5米，这些数字虽然简单但考虑到了室内的高度及镜头下压的角度，也考虑到了室外安装时照射的长度及防人为破坏的因素。

问题二：支架安装有何建议？

Question two: what is the suggestion for the installation of the stents?

在装摄像机的时候都会有壁装和吊装两种选择，超市等室内环境吊装比较多，室外一般选择壁装。一般轻巧些的机器用普通支架即可，但是在使用较重的机器则建议客户使用承重较大的支架，摄像机的承重是我们必须考虑的，防止时间长了摄像头倾斜或者掉落的情况发生。

When the camera is installed, there are two choices of wall loading and hoisting. The indoor environment of the supermarket is hoisted more and the wall is generally chosen outside. Generally lighter machines can be made by ordinary scaffolds, but when using heavier machines, it is suggested that customers should use larger bearing stents. The load-bearing capacity of cameras is something we must consider. It will take a long time to prevent cameras from tilting or dropping.
